Shipping & Delivery
Since all of our watches are handcrafted, the production process takes time to meet our high standards. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be completed and shipped. We appreciate your patience and assure you that the wait is worth it for a watch made just for you.

Return & Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we strive to offer a fair return policy while maintaining the exclusivity of our products.

• Pre-Made Watches: If you wish to return a pre-made watch, you will receive 70% of the original purchase price as a refund.

• Fully Customized Watches: Because these watches are uniquely designed and not mass-produced, they are not eligible for full refunds. If you choose to return a customized watch, only 40% of the original purchase price will be refunded.

• Exceptions for Errors: If a mistake is made on our end, we take full responsibility for fixing the issue at no cost to you. While we always aim to resolve such situations through repairs or replacements, a full refund is not always guaranteed.
